Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Class 5 Delivery Driver . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle.
- Load, unload, and secure products for transportation.
- Complete deliveries and pickups according to assigned schedules.
- Verify orders, delivery documents, and customer signatures.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Inspect the vehicle and report any maintenance issues or damage.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license .
- Clean drivers abstract
- Clean background record
- Good driving record and ability to provide a driver's abstract.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is an asset.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Physically capable of loading and unloading deliveries, with assistance or equipment provided as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
