Water Wastewater Treatment Project Manager

Lead water and wastewater treatment projects with technical expertise in a hybrid Project Manager role supporting Southern Ontario. Apply engineering judgment across complex infrastructure assignments.Stantec seeks a Project Manager to lead small to large treatment facility projects from planning through design, construction, and commissioning. The position combines project leadership, water treatment engineering, client coordination, and technical evaluation. You will guide teams while addressing reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Lead water and wastewater treatment facility projectsCoordinate clients, consultants, owners, contractors, and vendorsEvaluate, select, specify, and engineer treatment systemsManage project budgets, schedules, invoicing, and forecastsOversee construction documents, reviews, and quality controlRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer or eligibility within twelve monthsMinimum 10+ years in water and wastewater treatment infrastructureStrong knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, and process mechanicalAbility to lead multiple teams and prioritize concurrent projectsBring water treatment engineering, project leadership, and client coordination expertise to Stantec projects across Southern Ontario.
