We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily order picking, inventory receiving, truck loading, and general warehouse maintenance. You will play a vital role in keeping operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with company health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Efficiently pick orders, receive incoming inventory, and safely load outbound trucks.

Accuracy & Efficiency: Ensure all stock is loaded safely, accurately, and according to schedule.

Discrepancy & Inventory Reporting: Promptly report inventory discrepancies to the Lead Hand or Warehouse Supervisor. Report product or bin sizing errors using the Bin Location Report Form.

Safety & Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily circle checks on all material handling equipment prior to use and complete the corresponding Daily Circle Check Form.

Warehouse Upkeep: Assist with routine daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Professional Development: Successfully complete required material handling training and certification courses.

Qualifications
Equipment Certification: Active Reach Truck license/certification is a MUST.

Physical Capabilities: Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and prolonged standing in a fast-paced environment.

Safety Awareness: Proven track record of following health and safety protocols and completing daily equipment checks.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately identify inventory errors, count stock, and complete standard reporting forms.

Communication: Clear communication skills to report issues promptly to team leads and supervisors.
