In this senior legal role based in Toronto, you will support the VP of Legal while working with business teams. Your expertise in commercial transactional law will guide contract strength, legal compliance, and strategic alignment with sales plans. You'll also draft essential documents, advise on risks, and manage outside counsel effectively.
