- Vous avez un minimum de 3+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la direction d'une équipe à distance en contact avec la clientèle et/ou 3+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de professionnels de la préparation fiscale.
- Vous comprenez comment diriger une équipe, gérer les conflits et fournir des conseils pour permettre à votre équipe de faire le meilleur travail de sa vie.
- Vous êtes passionné par la fourniture d'un service client de classe mondiale en assumant une responsabilité extrême dans toutes les interactions avec les clients, et vous vous engagez à améliorer notre marque en ravissant nos clients.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et vous êtes ravi d'interagir avec les clients et les collègues via des outils vidéo et audio de manière professionnelle, amicale et confiante.
- Vous êtes prêt et disponible à travailler des heures en dehors d'un horaire normal si nécessaire pendant notre haute saison, de février à début mai.
- Maîtrise bilingue démontrée en anglais et en français.
- Expérience dans la préparation des déclarations de revenus personnelles (T1).
- Expérience dans la préparation des déclarations d'impôts des entreprises (T2).
- Expérience dans la préparation des déclarations d'impôts du Québec (TP1).
- Expertise fiscale – Démontre une compréhension fondamentale des lois et des concepts fiscaux. Capacité avérée à rechercher des opportunités d'apprentissage supplémentaires pour accroître les connaissances, se renseigner sur les changements d'une année à l'autre et à la capacité d'aider à former les autres.
- Communication efficace – Influence et enseigne aux équipes directes comment fournir un service de haute qualité. Utilise des compétences en communication écrite et verbale pour fournir un service exceptionnel lors des échanges avec les clients. Pratique l'écoute active pour développer l'empathie et comprendre les points de difficulté des clients.
- Résolution de problèmes complexes – Fait preuve d'expertise dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et sans précédent pour le client, même dans un environnement changeant et dynamique. Exploite les sources de données et plusieurs outils pour diagnostiquer les problèmes difficiles et anticiper les besoins futurs.
- Recherche / Ingéniosité – Démontre de la curiosité et un intérêt pour l'apprentissage continu. Recherche de manière proactive des opportunités d'apprentissage qui aideront à accroître la connaissance et la facilité d'utilisation des divers outils et ressources disponibles. Suit avec confiance les procédures et recherche des ressources pour fournir des solutions appropriées à tous les clients.
- Compétence technique – Montre de l'intérêt à se familiariser avec les outils nécessaires pour le rôle et démontre la capacité de dépanner les problèmes techniques. Contribue activement à l'équipe en participant aux tests et au prototypage de solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'expérience client. Intuit offre un programme de rémunération concurrentiel basé sur une approche de récompense liée à la performance. L’échelle salariale de base prévue pour ce poste est de 39,50 $/heure à 53,50 $/heure à l’Î.-P.-É., 39,50 $/heure à 53,50 $/heure en C.-B., et 39,50 $/heure à 53,50 $/heure en Nouvelle-Écosse. Ce poste est admissible à une prime en argent, à des récompenses en actions ainsi qu’à des avantages sociaux, conformément à nos régimes et programmes applicables (voir plus de détails sur notre rémunération et nos avantages à Intuit : Carrières | Avantages sociaux). La rémunération offerte est établie en fonction de facteurs tels que les connaissances liées au poste, les compétences, l’expérience et le lieu de travail. - You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing and leading a remote customer-facing team and/or 3+ years of experience managing a team of tax preparation professionals.
- You have an understanding of how to lead a team, manage conflicts, and provide guidance to empower your team to do the best work of their lives.
- You are passionate about providing world class customer service by taking extreme ownership of all customer interactions, and you’re committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
- You possess excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers and colleagues through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- You are willing and available to work hours outside of a normal schedule as needed during our peak season from February to early May
- Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Experience preparing Personal Tax (T1) Returns.
- Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
- Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.
- Tax Expertise - Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts. Proven ability to seek out additional learning opportunities to increase knowledge and learn about year-over-year changes and has the ability to help train others.
- Effective Communication - Influences and teaches direct teams how to provide high quality service. Uses written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional service when speaking with customers. Practices active listening to develop empathy and understand customer pain points.
- Complex Problem Solving - Shows expertise in solving for complex and unprecedented issues for the customer even in a changing and dynamic environment. Leverages data sources and multiple tools to diagnose hard problems and anticipate for future needs.
- Research / Resourcefulness - Demonstrates curiosity and interest in continuous learning. Proactively seeks learning opportunities that will help increase the knowledge and ease of use of the various tools and resources available. Confidently follows procedures and looks for resources to deliver suitable solutions for all customers.
- Technical Acumen - Shows interest in learning about the tools needed for the role and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Actively contributes to the team by participating in the testing and prototyping of innovative solutions to improve customer experiences. - In this role, you will lead a team of Tax Experts that will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your team will accelerate our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World by providing tax guidance and reviewing personal tax returns for customers completing their tax return on their own, full service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries.
- You will be challenged to create a high performance culture that empowers Tax Experts to provide world-class service to our customers through rigorous mentoring, coaching, and Performance Management.
- You will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, Tax Experts, and cross-functional partners, and you will document your interactions to maintain accurate records.
