- Mentor a team of mechanical designers and conduct performance reviews
- Initiate project kickoffs and collaborate on project concepts
- Review and approve designs for accuracy and manufacturability
- Allocate resources across projects and manage timelines
- Lead development of innovative automation solutions
- 10+ years of design experience with SolidWorks
- 3+ years in a supervisory or mentoring role
- Familiarity with PDM and ERP systems
- Knowledge of automotive component processes
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the U.S. and Mexico
