Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Growth

Thumbtack is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to scale its paid social program across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. You’ll own end‑to‑end strategy, testing roadmaps, and cross‑functional execution to drive customer growth and revenue.
Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of paid social leadership, strong analytics, and a track record of unlocking growth via new channels and AI tooling in a fast-paced org. Ontario-based role with competitive compensation.
