Vice President, Wealth Management Strategies

Drive success at CI as the Vice President of Wealth Management Strategies, focusing on enhancing financial advisory practices. Engage deeply with advisors to support growth and client satisfaction. CI seeks a Regional Vice President for its Wealth Advisory division. This role emphasizes overseeing financial advisors, providing ongoing support, and boosting efficiency in their practices. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll craft strategies that enhance advisor performance and promote the delivery of outstanding client service. Your leadership will be essential in developing future leaders within our advisory group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach financial advisors in a defined region
  • Align advisor goals with corporate objectives
  • Identify opportunities for asset growth and client engagement
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure effective compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree essential; MBA or advanced designation preferred
  • 7-10+ years in wealth management
  • Proven ability in managing client-facing teams
  • Strong understanding of advisor business dynamics
  • Bilingual capability in French and English an asset
