As a Shared Inbox Coordinator, you will review messages, identify request topics, and record relevant details in online tasks. You will follow routing instructions, maintain ownership information, and support clear handoffs. Key Responsibilities:
- Check new requests and replies in the assigned inbox
- Identify duplicate issues before opening additional tasks

- Keep unresolved messages visible for responsible colleagues
Requirements:
- Basic computer confidence for remote computer-based work
- Organized written communication and clear customer service habits
