Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot StudioArchitect scalable AI solutions integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Fabric, and third-party systemsExtend agent capabilities through custom actions, connectors, APIs, and pluginsIntegrate agents securely with enterprise data sources including Dataverse, Azure SQL, Fabric OneLake, APIs, and Azure servicesApply strong AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices across all solutionsImplement and support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps best practices for Copilot Studio solutionsCollaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutionsDesign and optimize conversational experiences, grounding strategies, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and reliabilityProvide technical leadership and mentorship, contributing to standards and best practices for enterprise AI developmentSkills And Experience5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms3+ years of experience developing solutions that integrate Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or Azure servicesHands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, AI Builder, or other conversational AI frameworksFamiliarity with Power Platform governance and security, including environment strategies, DLP policies, and role‑based accessUnderstanding of AI concepts such as grounding, retrieval, embeddings, context windows, function calling, and model limitationsStrong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and managed environment deploymentSelf‑driven personality capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business teamsThe following would be considered an asset:Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI Engineer, or Copilot technologiesExperience working with Copilot for M365 or Copilot extensionsExperience with Azure OpenAI, vector search, semantic indexing, or RAG View email address on ca.snapjobsearch.com a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
