Dispatcher in Ottawa Services Division

Become a vital part of Viking's Ottawa team as a Dispatcher in the Inspection & Services Division. Deliver exceptional service while coordinating and dispatching field technicians efficiently. As a Dispatcher reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate service operations effectively. Key responsibilities involve answering customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and managing technicians’ workloads. You will provide administrative support, monitor service activities, and promote Viking’s products to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer service inquiries professionally
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priorities
• Plan and coordinate technicians' monthly schedules
• Maintain service documentation and records
• Provide basic technical assistance as needed

• Administrative certificate or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role is an asset
• Strong computer skills with Windows software
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Resourceful with good work organization
