Consultant for Employee Relations Assessments

Lead employee relations projects as a Consultant focused on assessments for the Department of Defence. Your expertise in English and French will be crucial for mediation and conflict resolution. This role is ideal for candidates with at least five years of consulting experience, specifically in workplace assessments. An ideal background includes a minimum of three completed projects relevant to employee mediation in the last five years. Availability is required from June to October 2026. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough workplace assessments and investigations
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation sessions
  • Manage projects efficiently to meet assigned timelines
  • Provide expert bilingual services in English and French
  • Ensure all assessments are well-documented and reported
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience required
  • Completed at least 3 relevant projects in the past 5 years
  • Must possess a relevant undergraduate degree
  • Hold the necessary skilled designation
  • Experience with Federal Government advantageous
