Lead financial strategy as the Chief Financial Officer at Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver. The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO/GM, overseeing the complex financial landscape of this member-owned, not-for-profit club. You will leverage over 10 years of progressive experience to enhance financial visibility, develop long-range plans, and ensure timely reporting. The role focuses on modernizing the finance function using AI, automation, and enhanced reporting tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Develop long-range financial plans and capital strategies
- Partner with department leaders to improve performance
- Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting
- Act as liaison to Finance Committee and Board
- CPA designation is required
- 10+ years in finance leadership roles
- Experience in hospitality or multi-department environments
- Proven ability to enhance finance processes and systems
- Strong communication skills with non-financial leaders
