Senior Analyst for Financial Planning

Become an integral part of a Canadian manufacturing company as a Senior FP&A Analyst focused on financial planning and analysis. Leverage your skills in budgeting and forecasting to drive impactful business decisions. In this key role, reporting to the Director of Finance, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. Your insights will influence financial strategies while collaborating with teams across finance, operations, and manufacturing. Your expertise in data-driven financial analysis will enhance the company's operational effectiveness and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Compile executive-level reporting packages from complex data
- Create and refine financial models for strategic initiatives
- Develop operational visibility through Power BI reporting
- Assist in month-end financial processes and continuity
- Minimum of 5 years FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI tools
- Strong SQL or programming skills for data analysis
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills
