Expert Solutions Engineer for CCaaS

- Design and implement CCaaS solutions aligned with technical requirements
- Work with diverse teams to gather comprehensive solution needs
- Assess and select appropriate CCaaS technologies like Genesys Cloud
- Maintain and document architectural and integration plans
- Offer guidance in the implementation of solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Computer Science
- Proven experience with CCaaS platforms and solutions
- Strong analytical skills for technical solution development
- Excellent communication for effective collaboration
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
