We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. We'll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. Your key responsibilities

As a senior consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.

Additionally, you will:

• Deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
• Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Skills and attributes for success

• Agile, growth-oriented mindsets. What you know matters. But the right mindset is just as important in determining success. Experience in business development or delivering against financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.

Demonstrated teaming, project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skill and the willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision. You enjoy working with large teams in complex contexts, delivering strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.

• Great communicators. Communication is key — we strive to bring our best interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, whether we're writing an e-mail, building a proposal, drafting an architecture diagram, or cutting code. It is recommended to be bilingual (French/ English) to work in the Montreal office.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
• Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• 2-5+ years of industry experience
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
