7x7 Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented 7x7 Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in Service for our Operation Unit in Grande Prairie, AB.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Supervise and coordinate Service Technicians and Team Leaders to ensure efficient work schedules.
• Communicate repair plans clearly to Technicians, aligning them with customer quotes.
• Monitor productivity and quality of repairs, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support Technicians with first-level assistance and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Manage service logistics to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in operations.
• Review and develop quotes for accuracy, keeping customers informed of repair status and changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement by refining processes to meet evolving customer and organizational goals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing repair issues promptly and resolving warranty concerns effectively.

• Electronic Service Tool Application : Utilizing appropriate electronic tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and interpreting results to determine next steps. Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.

This role will be based in Grande Prairie.

• The successful candidate will be required to travel between the Grande Prairie and Hinton locations regularly (40% of the time)
• The successful candidate will be required to supervise techs at and visit customer locations in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Industrial, On Hwy and Mining segments.
• The successful candidate should have experience with Cummins engines, and/or generators, in a number of applications.
• Familiarity with engines in mining, drilling and frac rigs is an asset.
• This person will be focused on improving processes and productivity through mentoring and supporting technicians directly.
• Familiarity with BMS, Warranty processes, and Technical escalation processes at Cummins will be an asset.
• The shift for this role is 7x7.
• This person should have a journeyman On/Off road Heavy Equipment Technician ticket.
