Tâches

Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des politiques et des procédures relatives aux opérations journalières
Recruter et embaucher du personnel
Superviser le personnel
Effectuer des examens de rendement
Donner des séances de formation
Accomplir des tâches de réception
Préparer des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
Mettre en oeuvre des activités de marketing
Prendre des dispositions pour les activités d'entretien et les superviser
Faire appliquer les politiques et les procédures
Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'entreprise
Établir les horaires de travail
Gérer des événements
Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
