Job Title: Thai Restaurant Manager
Location: Siam Restaurant – St-Jean-sur-Richelieu
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Siam is one of the top Thai dining destinations in Montreal, located in the lobby of the Holiday Inn St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Renowned for its elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and authentic cuisine, our restaurant is a pillar of the Montreal culinary scene. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through high hospitality standards
Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and orders
Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to maintain quality and consistency
Handle customer feedback professionally
Monitor financial performance (budgets, costs, profitability)
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or high-end cuisine is an asset)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality and Thai cuisine
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingualism (French and English) preferred
Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling tools
Legal right to work in Canada
