Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will excel in a leadership role at our Regional Office. Collaborate with Engineering Managers to forecast workload and efficiently manage your team. Your focus will be on mentoring staff, providing technical oversight on projects, and enhancing overall service line capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workload and assess team staffing needs
- Train and mentor team members for performance enhancement
- Provide oversight on multi‑discipline projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to boost technical efficiency
- Serve as key client contact on significant projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Working towards P.Eng., C.E.T., or AScT designation
- Must acquire Safety Excellence certificate
