Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their business needs, and help them find the right Sage solutions. If you are motivated by targets, earning potential, and the opportunity to grow within a global technology company, this could be a great next step in your career.On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission), with top performers exceeding $100K+Contract-to-career opportunity: This is initially a 4-month contract role, with the goal of identifying strong performers who can transition into permanent positions with Sage based on performance and business needs.Hybrid: 3 days per week in our downtown Toronto or Vancouver office.Key Responsibilities • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers and uncover new sales opportunities.• Understand customer needs and recommend the right Sage solutions.• Own sales opportunities from the initial conversation through to close.• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.• Meet or exceed defined monthly sales targets.• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities.• Effectively manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using Salesforce.• Deliver a strong customer experience while consistently achieving productivity and sales KPIs.• Continuously develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and ability to win.Qualifications:• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.• A competitive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales.• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals and earning potential.• Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.• Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, business development, SaaS, technology sales, or solution selling is preferred.• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications is an asset.• Above all, we are looking for people with the drive, ambition, and willingness to learn and build a career in sales.Dig deeper into who we are:Who is Sage: at Sage: Values & Behaviors: compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.For this role in those locations, the target salary range + OTE (on-target earnings with commission) for new hires is C$44,400 to C$74,000.In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities in our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
