Strategic Healthcare Key Account Manager

Lead strategic healthcare accounts across Ontario with account planning, contract management, and customer relationship skills in a field-based Coloplast role.The Key Account Manager develops and executes health system account plans across Coloplast’s Ostomy Care, Continence Care, and Wound and Tissue Repair portfolios. This position aligns internal resources and external stakeholders while supporting product adoption, patient access, enterprise partnerships, and sustainable growth. The role requires strategic account leadership, commercial judgment, and healthcare market knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional account plans aligned with the Annual Business PlanAnalyze market data, customer information, opportunities, and account risksBuild relationships with healthcare leaders and clinical decision makersCoordinate customer solutions supporting adoption and continuity of careProvide forecasting, reporting, and market insights for commercial decisionsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health science, or equivalentFive or more years of successful medical sales experienceExperience navigating complex sales cycles and contract negotiationsStrong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 25–30%Apply healthcare account leadership, commercial expertise, and analytical skills to advance Coloplast partnerships and patient access across Ontario.
