As a mid-senior level Merchandise Analyst, your expertise will inform essential business strategies. Responsibilities include conducting performance analyses, negotiating supplier terms for promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams for optimal execution. Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills are key to addressing Dealer issues and promoting product effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze category performance and distribute insights
- Acquire product and category data from suppliers
- Negotiate participation in marketing initiatives
- Collaborate on pricing analysis and changes
- Manage cross-functional reviews and execution plans
- 2+ years of experience in retail or similar fields
- College or University diploma/degree in Business
- Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Required on-site work three days a week
