Lead processing operations at Red Chris Mine in Northern British Columbia. This onsite role thrives on optimizing plant performance, safety compliance, and team leadership in mining operations. As a Superintendent of Process Operations, you’ll play a vital role in driving safe and cost-effective operations at Red Chris. Your expertise in mineral processing, especially flotation, will optimize recovery and throughput. You'll oversee daily performance reviews, coach supervisors, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in this dynamic mining environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety practices and ensure HSE compliance
• Oversee crushers, mills, and flotation systems
• Develop supervisors to enhance accountability
• Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions
• Improve KPIs through performance reviews Requirements:
• Proven leadership in processing or mining operations
• Strong knowledge of mineral processing
