Your new company Our client is a leading national organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and handling confidential information. You will also support internal communications, assist with onboarding activities, help coordinate office technology and mobile services, prepare business reports using tools such as Power BI, and assist with company events and special projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
- A high school diploma required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
