Family Physician (Fly-in, fly-out)

Family Physician – Fly-In / Fly-Out | Fort McMurray, Alberta

Neobridge Healthcare has partnered with a busy, high-demand clinic in Fort McMurray offering a fly-in / fly-out structure that allows you to concentrate your clinical work into defined blocks while maintaining full control over the rest of your time.

Opportunity Overview

• 100% retained gross billings with strong, consistent patient demand
• Work 7–10 days per month on-site, then step away or shift to virtual work (20 hours/month)
• Live in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, or anywhere in Canada
• Private accommodations + travel support
• Optional virtual work on your own terms (mental health, ADHD, follow-ups)
• No minimums, no pressure — scale your workload up or down as you choose

This is a model built around physician autonomy, income optimization, and lifestyle control.

Clinical Focus

• Strong emphasis on women's health, counselling, and continuity of care
• Longer, more meaningful patient interactions
• Follow-ups, prenatal care, mental health, and chronic disease management
• Balanced mix of walk-in and booked appointments

The Environment

• Consistently busy clinic with immediate patient volume
• Well-run, organized operations with experienced support staff
• Efficient workflows that allow you to focus on medicine, not admin

Family Medicine training (CCFP or equivalent)
Interest in women's health and continuity-based care is highly valued
International physicians welcome – work permit / immigration support available

If you're seriously exploring opportunities that offer both financial upside and control over your schedule, we'd be happy to speak.
