Embedded Software Development Engineer
QUALCOMM, Inc.
Build embedded software for Qualcomm’s connected technologies in Markham, Ontario, using programming, debugging, and integration expertise.As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge applications. The position involves software requirements analysis, operational efficiency, and large-scale system development. You will collaborate with hardware, systems, architecture, and test engineers to deliver solutions meeting specifications and schedules.Key Responsibilities:

Degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related fieldFour years’ experience with a bachelor’s degreeThree years’ experience with a master’s degreeTwo years’ experience with a PhDTwo years using a programming language such as C++Use embedded development, requirements analysis, debugging, and collaboration skills to support Qualcomm’s large-scale software systems.
