Director of Product Marketing at EQ Bank

Lead the evolution of Reverse Mortgage marketing at EQ Bank in a strategic Director role. This hybrid opportunity involves developing impactful strategies to enhance product understanding and market positioning. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will spearhead initiatives for EQ Bank’s Reverse Mortgage segment. Your expertise will drive customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and shape marketing strategies aligned with business goals. By collaborating across Product, Sales, and Operations, your leadership will enhance competitive differentiation and foster an innovative marketing culture. Key Responsibilities:

Own the marketing strategy for Reverse Mortgage offerings
Develop messaging frameworks and audience segmentation strategies
Initiate go-to-market plans for new products and features
Lead integrated marketing campaigns for customer growth
Cultivate agency relationships for optimized marketing outcomes

Requirements:

8+ years in marketing with product focus
Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Proven track record in go-to-market strategy
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
