Senior Ai Machine Learning Engineer
Smile Digital Health
Shape AI and machine learning solutions at Smile Digital Health while working in Agile two week sprints on healthcare data products.As a Senior Software Developer, you will guide AI strategy and build software components atop Smile’s FHIR based platform. You will support customer specific requirements through scalable solutions, architecture, prototypes, and production implementation. The Smile Labs team contributes to Product Department initiatives across more than 20 countries.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the team’s AI and machine learning subject matter expertDocument AI strategy and align it with product objectivesShape project scope, milestones, and solution designImplement solutions, configure components, and prototype technologiesWrite code, unit tests, and technical documentationRequirements:
Six or more years in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineeringDesign experience with complex end-to-end software architecturesTwo or more years implementing advanced AI solutionsExperience with semantic matching, RAG, and document parsingExperience designing and deploying agentic systemsBring AI strategy, architecture, coding, and testing expertise to Smile Digital Health’s healthcare data platform.
