Mission Bonjour, je suis Sihem, Cheffe d'équipe au sein de Fed Finance, cabinet de recrutement spécialiste du recrutement sur les métiers en finance et comptabilité. J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaires et permanents dans la région du Grand Montréal et je suis spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des cabinets comptables.
Notre équipe, experte en finance parle votre langage et évolue dans votre univers. Nous couvrons les métiers de la finance, la comptabilité et la paie.
Je suis à la recherche, pour une firme en comptabilité regroupant une vingtaine de collaborateur sur la Rive Sud, d'un Directeur en certification. Le cabinet offre la possibilité d'être en 100% télé travail.
Vos responsabilités:
Planifier, organiser et superviser les missions de certification (audit, examen, compilation) auprès de PME privées, dans divers secteurs d'activité.
Assurer la révision et la signature des dossiers de certification en respectant les normes professionnelles et les échéanciers convenus avec les clients.
Gérer les mandats fiscaux corporatifs et personnels, incluant :
- La révision et la supervision des déclarations de revenus T2 (sociétés), T1 (particuliers), T3 (fiducies) et T5013 (sociétés de personnes).
- Encadrer, former et superviser une petite équipe de professionnels, favoriser leur développement et assurer la répartition efficace des tâches.
- Maintenir une communication proactive avec les clients, répondre à leurs besoins et les conseiller sur des questions financières, fiscales et comptables.
- Assurer le contrôle qualité et le respect des normes d'audit et de certification en vigueur (NCECF).
- Participer activement à la planification stratégique du département certification et à l'amélioration continue des processus.
- Contribuer au développement des affaires en consolidant les relations existantes et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités auprès des clients et prospects.
- Se positionner comme un leader au sein du cabinet, avec une perspective d'évolution vers un poste d'associé à court ou moyen terme.
Votre profil - Titre CPA
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en cabinet comptable
- Maîtrise des missions de compilation, d'examen et d'audit
- Maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Expérience en supervision d'équipe
- Rigueur et autonomie sont recherchées pour ce poste
- Un esprit convivial, flexible et structuré est essentiel
- Le respect et une belle attitude sont indispensables au sein de l'équipe
