- Identify client needs and recommend insurance options
- Explain product pricing and value in an engaging manner
- Assist current clients with policy changes and inquiries
- Actively follow up on potential leads and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent; bonus for related education
- 6 months experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Willingness to pursue General Insurance Certificate Level 1
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in every interaction.
