Nous cherchons notre futur Analyste d’affaires pour rejoindre nos équipes.
Vos missions
- Offrir une expertise-conseil en matière d'analyse et d'amélioration des processus d'affaires en respect du cadre légal et règlementaire, et ce, au niveau du cycle complet du processus judiciaire, soit de l’ouverture du dossier judiciaire jusqu’à son archivage.
- Contribuer activement à l’évolution de la prestation de services judiciaires et à l’organisation du travail dans les palais.
- Réaliser diverses analyses de besoins et positionnements d’affaires.
- Évaluer les impacts et procéder à la mise en œuvre des modifications législatives.
- Documenter les processus actuels et les processus cibles dans le cadre d’un changement.
- Créer ou modifier les procédures opérationnelles.
- Formuler des recommandations aux instances décisionnelles.
- Produire différents livrables, tels que :
- Notes d’information et notes de recommandation aux autorités du client.
- Analyses d’affaires, d’impacts et d’opportunités.
- Processus d’affaires.
- Procédures opérationnelles.
- Lettres-réponses aux plaintes.
Votre profil
- Posséder un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Posséder cinq (5) années d’expérience dans le cadre d’interventions en milieu utilisateur visant à effectuer la documentation ou la mise à jour de processus d’affaires (actuels ou cibles), de règles d’affaires et à produire la documentation opérationnelle en soutien aux utilisateurs.
- Avoir collaboré à des stratégies ou plans de gestion du changement intégrant un plan de communication dans le cadre de deux (2) mandats d’au moins 500 j-p.
