Intact is seeking a Specialty Lines Manager to lead its Corporate Underwriting team. With 8-10 years of relevant experience and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation, you will oversee underwriting guidelines and portfolio governance. Your role will also include direct collaboration with stakeholders and managing key projects while ensuring team success. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive underwriting excellence through collaborative referrals
- Strengthen portfolio governance with frameworks and audits
- Manage employee performance and salary reviews
- Conduct regular team meetings for updates and initiatives
- Support key projects and Specialty Lines priorities
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- University/College degree or equivalent
- Experience in Specialty Lines required
- CIP designation essential
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
