International Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) est une entreprise qui est spécialisée dans la réception, l'entreposage et la distribution de produits sous forme de vrac liquide (pétrole, biocarburants, produits chimiques). IMTT- Québec est active dans le Port de Québec, depuis 1986. IMTT peut répondre aux différents besoins en approvisionnement de ses clients, en manutentionnant des produits par navires, camions-citernes ou encore par wagons-citernes. IMTT opère les quais 50 et 51 au Port de Québec avec deux autres opérateurs. Plus de 50 employés sont nécessaires pour maintenir les plus hauts standards en matière de qualité, santé et sécurité et ce 24/7, 365 jours par année.

Résumé de la fonction
Dans ce rôle polyvalent, tu assureras un soutien clé en gérant les activités comptables et administratives liées aux paies, avantages sociaux et divers rapports.
Principales responsabilités
- Préparation et traitement de la paie hebdomadaire des employés syndiqués (WorkforceNow ADP).
- Vérification des feuilles de temps et assurer les suivis et approbations des surintendants
- Suivi selon la convention collective de l'éligibilité par département du REER collectif, assurance collective et permanence syndicale.
- Production des écritures de paie au système comptable (SAGE 300).
- Collaborer avec le service des ressources humaines pour la gestion des dossiers des employés (embauche, départ, liste dancienneté, etc.).
- Production de fichiers Excel des cotisations syndicales, club social et donations des employés syndiqués.
- Préparation et transmission des documents gouvernementaux (Relevés demploi, T4, Relevé 1).
- Gestion et paiement des contributions REER des employés.
- Conception sur demande de rapports pour la direction.
- Participation à la fin de mois en collaboration avec le Coordonnateur, finances et administration.
Votre profil
- Formation : Diplôme d'études collégiales en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dexpérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Expertise : Solide connaissance en paie, avantages sociaux et comptabilité.
- Technologie : Maîtrise des logiciels comptables et de MS Office, notamment Excel.
- Qualités personnelles : Organisation, rigueur, précision et excellentes relations interpersonnelles.
- Langues : Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
- Permis : Détenir un permis de conduire valide.
