OMS Montessori is seeking a dedicated, warm, and energetic
Montessori Toddler Guide to join our community beginning June 2026.
As a well-established, non-profit Montessori school serving over 400 students from Toddler through High School, OMS Montessori offers a collaborative and supportive environment rooted in respect for each child’s development. Our Toddler program is thoughtfully prepared and fully equipped with authentic Montessori materials, and the successful candidate will be supported by a team of three assistants.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Age Group: 18 months to 3 years
- Classroom Support: Three assistants
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a nurturing, developmentally appropriate Montessori environment
- Guide children’s independence, social development, and early learning in alignment with Montessori principles
- Collaborate closely with assistants and fellow staff to ensure a cohesive classroom community
- Communicate effectively with families and school leadership
Qualifications
- AMI or equivalent Montessori Toddler Diploma required
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting
- Strong commitment to teamwork and professionalism
- Bilingualism is an asset

OMS Montessori est à la recherche d’un(e) éducateur/éducatrice Montessori pour tout-petits dévoué(e), chaleureux(se) et dynamique afin de rejoindre notre communauté à partir de juin 2026.
Bien établie et à but non lucratif, nous accueillons plus de 400 élèves du niveau bambins jusqu’au secondaire, et nous offrons un environnement collaboratif et bienveillant, fondé sur le respect du développement de chaque enfant. Notre programme pour les bambins est soigneusement préparé et entièrement équipé de matériel Montessori authentique. La personne retenue sera soutenue par une équipe de trois assistant(e)s.

Responsabilités principales
- Préparer et maintenir un environnement Montessori bienveillant et adapté au développement de l’enfant
- Accompagner l’autonomie des enfants, leur développement social et leurs premiers apprentissages selon les principes Montessori
- Collaborer étroitement avec les assistants et les autres membres du personnel afin d’assurer une communauté de classe harmonieuse
- Communiquer efficacement avec les familles et la direction de l’école
Qualifications
- Diplôme Montessori pour bambins (AMI ou équivalent) requis
- Expérience auprès de jeunes enfants, idéalement dans un environnement Montessori
- Fort engagement envers le travail d’équipe et le professionnalisme
- Le bilinguisme est un atout
