As the Banquet Operations Leader, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. Collaborating closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will develop your team and manage daily activities while ensuring compliance with Marriott standards. Your leadership will be key in shaping memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all banquet operations in a 35,000 square foot space
- Work with Sales and Food & Beverage for event customization
- Ensure adherence to Marriott standards and guest satisfaction
- Lead a diverse team of banquet staff
- Enhance service procedures and beverage offerings
- 5 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage management
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Bilingual in French and English
