As the Banquet Operations Leader, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. Collaborating closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will develop your team and manage daily activities while ensuring compliance with Marriott standards. Your leadership will be key in shaping memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all banquet operations in a 35,000 square foot space
  • Work with Sales and Food & Beverage for event customization
  • Ensure adherence to Marriott standards and guest satisfaction
  • Lead a diverse team of banquet staff
  • Enhance service procedures and beverage offerings
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage management
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems
  • Bilingual in French and English
