Our client, a designer and manufacturer of innovative HVAC solutions, is looking for a Production Supervisor on the day or evening shift.

• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensure that goods produced meet quality assurance requirements and ensure on-time delivery;
• Provide technical expertise to support and optimize the manufacturing process using the LEAN manufacturing system;
• Review technical specifications, help develop instructions for new work procedures and manage their impact on manufacturing methods;
• Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration;
• Support team members through onboarding;
• Keep management updated on project progress and obstacles;
• Ensure the health and safety of the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering;
• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in the manufacturing industry;
• At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor;
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Asset: Work experience in the HVAC industry or in the manufacture of electromechanical products;
• Computer skills (MS Office, etc.);
• Bilingual (clients outside of Quebec).

Schedule: Evening: 3pm to 11:30pm, day: 7am to 3:30pm.
