Job Duties:
-Assist cooks with food preparation and general kitchen duties.-Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables, fruits and other ingredients.
-Clean and sanitize work tables, kitchen equipment and utensils.
-Wash dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen items.
-Unpack and store food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and storage areas.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
-Remove garbage and keep garbage containers clean.
-Sweep and mop floors and perform general kitchen cleaning duties.
-Follow proper food handling, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
