Mixtruder Operator

Job Responsibility:
Mativ is a global supplier of bonding solutions and a manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets. Our Renfrew Site is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Mixtruder Operator with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the designated shift supervisor, the Mixtruder Operator will be responsible for compounds and mixes materials to produce varies adhesives while using a mixtruder. While the mixtruder is mixing adhesive batches or as assigned, the operator will compound primer mixes.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education
- 3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast moving dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
- Ability to work days and nights on a rotating 12-hour schedule
Compensation Package:
- Rate of Pay Starting at: $21.68
- RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP contribution after 672 hours of employment worked.
