Inside Sales Representative

What you will do
CenterLine requires a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative responsible for accurate and timely processing of quotes and sales orders with precision and efficiency, all while providing effective customer service. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

What we're looking for

• Manage configured products day-to-day sales activities of assigned customers.
• Create and complete configured products pricing proposals and project quotations, starting at project kick-off.
• Create and process all standard pricing requests and submit them to the customer.
• Enter and manage all customer orders, from purchase order receipt to shipment.
• Manage customer portals for applicable accounts.
• Proactively pursue project spare part initiatives with assigned customers, including quotation and order follow-up.
• Establish, maintain, and grow business relationships with current and new customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure shared customer satisfaction levels remain high.
• Attend on-site customer visits with Account Managers, as required.
• Prepare sales account analysis, stocking reviews, and document changes in customer buying patterns.
• Maintain Inventory Collaboration Program (ICP).
• Interface with CRM system to ensure critical customer information is captured.

What you need to succeed

• Inside Sales Representative experience, an asset.
• Economic order quantity and payment term experience, an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, required.
• Strong interpersonal and behavioral management skills.
• Ability to work well within timelines.
• Proven written and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to a Team environment.
• ERP System (Epicor) experience, an asset.

Wage Range: $45,000 - $65,000
