Drive healthcare transformation as a MedSurg Sales Representative at Solventum. This remote role demands strategic business growth and customer education across Northern Ontario, making a significant impact on healthcare institutions.
At Solventum, you will build and maintain territory sales while driving growth in the MedSurg division. The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years in sales, including experience in healthcare. You will educate healthcare professionals on Solventum’s products and collaborate with internal teams to achieve fiscal targets while managing long selling cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth in assigned territory
• Educate healthcare staff on product standards
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
• Manage long sales cycles with multiple touch points
• Meet fiscal growth targets and budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree AND four years in sales experience
• Two years of healthcare sales in a relevant environment
• Valid driving license required
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
