Project Coordinator, Kamloops BC
Full-Time, Permanent | Aug/Sep 2026 Start | $65,000 to $80,000
We are working with an established BC Interior GC on two wood-frame builds in Kamloops, a 53-unit and a 27-unit apartment building, both breaking ground this summer. They need a Project Coordinator to work across both sites from day one.
What you will own:
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes across both projects
- Subtrade and supplier coordination
- Schedule, budget, and procurement tracking
- Site presence. This is not a desk role.
What we need:
- 2 to 5 years coordinating on wood-frame multi-family builds
- Procore or equivalent
- Based in Kamloops or ready to relocate. No LOA on offer.
