Anthony Travel seeks a Travel Consultant to handle University of Notre Dame's travel needs. Utilize your Sabre expertise to book air, hotel, and rail itineraries for faculty and staff. As part of a leading experiences company, you will focus on maintaining client confidentiality while providing timely booking services. Effective communication and proactive client relationships are central to the role, ensuring that all travel arrangements meet company standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Book reservations for domestic and international travel
• Maintain timely communication with clients via email and phone
• Follow PCI compliance and confidentiality standards
• Apply preferred vendor agreements and discount programs
• Keep current with airline regulations and systems updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a travel consultant
• Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS and Microsoft Office
• Preferred understanding of Concur Travel platform
• Excellent decision-making and judgment skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
