This in-person, full-time role focuses on developing community-centered child and family jurisdiction services. As the Child and Family Jurisdiction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Tl’azt’en Nation’s efforts to reclaim authority over child and family services. You will collaborate closely with leadership, community members, and external partners while ensuring that services align with cultural values and community needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate jurisdiction planning and evaluation efforts
• Develop policies and operational frameworks
• Engage with community and cultural leaders
• Support workshops and information sessions
• Monitor project timelines and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Indigenous Studies, Law, or related field
• At least three years in child and family services
• Familiarity with Tl’azt’en culture is preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information respectfully
