Supply Chain Planning Lead

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Supply Chain Planning Lead to manage end-to-end demand and supply planning for an assigned product portfolio in Canada. The role involves leading integrated business planning processes, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating across supply chain, finance, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning for specific product platforms within the integrated business planning process
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and commercial operations to incorporate market intelligence into demand forecasts
- Develop execution plans and manage demand strategies for new product introductions and lifecycle management
- Drive supply planning and inventory management to optimize target levels and achieve service level targets
- Serve as primary point of contact for Canadian supply chain activities and communicate product availability to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or engineering; MBA preferred
- Minimum four years of professional experience in inventory, planning, order management, or ERP/MRP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of distribution network operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- S&OP or IBP experience preferred
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer industries preferred
