Project Manager, Architectural and Engineering Design
NORR Architects Engineers Planners
Lead architectural and engineering projects at NORR as a Project Manager in hospitality. Enjoy flexible work options while crafting exceptional guest experiences. NORR seeks a talented Project Manager to oversee various hospitality projects. Candidates should have 10-15 years of project work experience, particularly in strategic development and client management. You’ll ensure all delivery stages are met on time and within budget while maintaining close relationships with clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities:
- Control deliverables, work schedules, and budgets
- Develop work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines
- Lead quality assurance and control procedures
- Negotiate project scope changes with clients
- Liaise with contractors and address constructability issues
- 10-15 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong grasp of architectural and engineering systems
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality sector projects preferred
- Membership in a professional association is beneficial
