Bba Senior Engineer - Hydropower Structures

Join BBA as a Senior Engineer specializing in hydropower and dam safety. Utilize your advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles in concrete and steel to drive impactful projects.
This regular full-time role is tailored for engineers with more than 15 years of relevant experience. You will oversee dam safety initiatives, support upgrades and detailed designs, and conduct structural assessments. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in business development and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct dam safety reviews and reports - Provide detailed engineering for dam rehabilitation - Analyze and design structural elements of dams - Prepare and review construction tender documents - Mentor junior engineers and participate in business activities
Requirements: - Degree in civil or structural engineering - Over 15 years in dam safety and hydropower engineering - Current engineering registration necessary - Understanding of international dam safety standards - Knowledge of SAP2000 or similar software
