Bridge Inspection Project Lead

Lead bridge inspection projects as an experienced Project Lead. Manage structural evaluations and design, ensuring safety and compliance within a hybrid work model. In this role, you will supervise biennial inspections and coordinate assessments of various transportation structures. Your managerial responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers and technicians while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Engage in business development and client relations to foster growth and secure new projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as supervising engineer for inspections
- Analyze and design transportation structures
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Facilitate site visits for inspections and assessments
- Coordinate with clients and other engineering disciplines
- 10+ years’ experience in transportation engineering
- BASc or B.Eng. in civil/structural engineering
- Valid Ontario driver’s license needed
- Familiarity with bridge inspection software
- Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
