The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. Business Administration or Office Administration Diploma
2. Minimum three years of supervisory experience
3. Knowledge of, an experience with, filing systems
4. Extensive organizational skills
5. Completion of post secondary computer courses in intermediate word processing and spreadsheets in a Windows environment
6. Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail
7. Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical, accounting and clerical functions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a municipal government setting
• Previous experience taking meeting minutes
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance vocabulary and context

The annual salary for this position is with a pay grade system starting at 90,497.55 – 98,040.15. The City offers a comprehensive benefit package including generous vacation and an Earned Days Off program. Along with these benefits, the City provides access to fitness facilities, various instructed programs, and community volunteer/engagement opportunities. This is an exempt Management position.
