Contract Period: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Salary: $45–$58 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including patient counseling on medications, medical devices, and supplies.
Partner with healthcare professionals to monitor drug effectiveness, usage, and potential side effects.
Offer guidance on common medical conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, smoking cessation, and high blood pressure.
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient and accurate pharmacy operations.
Provide services under the expanded scope of practice as required.
Qualifications:
Degree in Pharmacy and a current license in Ontario, in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Minimum of one year of full-time pharmacist experience in Ontario preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
Experience in geriatrics or nursing home settings is advantageous.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
Ability to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
